Stand-out dishes will include Charred Shishito Peppers for the table and main courses such as the Steak Tagliata, Coast Honey Cured King Salmon, or Chef’s favorite, Lamb Scallopini. Notable cocktails will include the Italian Mojito which features Selva Rey Rum, Montenegro Amaro mixed with citrus and lemon flavors, or the “Gucci” Old Fashioned, a Kentucky Owl Batch Bourbon Whiskey with demerara and Bogart’s bitters.
